Planting and gardening?

i have a tamato plant growing with some grow llamps 1 60 watt and 1 120 watt but i dont always have the 120 on but i have miracle grow potting mix and there is little containing osmocote or somthing like that and i was wondering if it would hurt my plant because its turning white lmao...then i put water on it and it turns green then 10 minutes later white again...please help it seems as if its wilting a bit but i dont know i could just be paranoid
