In the New Covenant ( New testement)------?

inter his rest,do you think asking for forgivness is resting,christ has done it all now rest in it, or walk in it walk in his foregiveness,god grace will teach you to say no to unrightious,we as a christian still sin faith says thank you jesus for taking that one away and you are still resting,the sabboth rest is a daily rest every day.get into his word daily. hope this helps!
