Burglery charge?

Okay so Saturday night i was with a few friends and we were driving home from a party when 1 friend decides he wants to break into a car.. my other friend gets out of the car and they walk up to the car they want to hit. Im sitting in the car when all of a sudden i hear a bang and a rock goes thru the window..All of a sudden i hear someone scream EH! and my 2 friends start walkin back to our car. Turns out the guy who screamed eh was a off duty police officer who saw them break into the car. my 2 friends hop in the car and we drive away.. about 2 minutes of driving and we hear sirens and we get pulled over and aressted. we all get booked and charged with burglery. my parents bailed me out my bail was 10,000 so we paid 1,000. i have court of the 15th of Febuary and i wanna know if they can charge me with anything. the off duty officer said 2 kids were breakin into the car and 1 male (which was me) was in our car.. so can they charge me with the burglery charge?
