Why did capitalism take over feudalism?

im doing a social studies essay and its says to describe the features of the three economic features (feudalism, capitalism, and communism) and the historical cirstances that led to their development. Explain how (according to Karl Marx and Lenin) society in Europe had progressed from feudalism to capitalism (thanks to the Enlightenment) and how Marx thinks that this will then lead to the creation of a communist state. (Think about the conflict between social cles and what this means for society). I hope you can help me!!
