Which is better: Inno 3d 7300gt 256mb 128 bit AGP or ATI Radeon Powercolor X1650 Pro 256mb 128 bit AGP?

The x1659Pro is better, but not the best AGP card. Look on Tomshardware.com for reviews about the newest and older cards, named "Best Graphics Cards..." It will give you the run down on cards in your price range and which is best to buy, as well as give you a chart to base your upgrades on at the end.
