What kind of satellite radio should I buy?

I had a sirius thing installed in a rental recently and LOVED it. I'm a fan of all kinds of music, but not the commercials. My car is a lease--but very new and isn't set for satellite radio. I do have a jack in the current system to plug in... well i dunno... something. Please advise on what the coolest and latest is in sattelite tunes. I want!
