My 10 month old still wakes to eat during the nite.. what can I do to get him to sleep thru and eat in the am?

He sleeps all nite about once every month or so.. Im so tired of getting up at 3am! Iv tryed more feeding during the day and even just comforting him when he wakes but nothing works. I think his bodily clock is set to feed and Im struggling with how to change this. He cant be hungry when he gets 8-10 oz at 10:30pm i wouldnt think.. any advice would be greatly appreciated! Oh and yes he is on formula.
