How do I cut 2kgs in 8 days without loosing too much energy?

I have a brazilian jiu jitsu competition in 9 days and need to be under 85 kgs. I am currently about 87 kgs and have cut 8kgs in the last 8-10 weeks but feel I have lost alot of my gas. Does anyone have a good diet I can use to cut the last few kgs without feeling too drained come competition time? I train 5-6 times a week and also do some weights and cardio when I get the time. Any help would be appreciated, thanks
