$100 million would go to the league right off the bat, so they say. Then territorial fees for both Buffalo and Toronto would be included. From some of the reports I have been hearing, it may be $50 million to Buffalo, and $100 million to Toronto. All told, the relocation fee may be in the vicinity of $250 million dollars. I doubt that Mr. ille would be willing to part with $462.5 million for the Phoenix Coyotes, and therefore this entire situation may be resolved with an auction in September as preferred by the league..
